Postage

We endevour to post all orders within 3 business days. If you require your item by a specific date, please reach out prior to ordering to ensure we can fufill your request.

Please ensure you read item details carefully, as some items are made to order, and therefore have a longer processing time.

All orders are sent via Australia Post via your selected postage method at checkout.

Tracking details will be attached to your online order & emailed to you once your order has been processed.

 

Returns & Resolution

Please be mindful that we do not accept returns for change of mind purchases.

We will gladly offer a refund or exchange if your item is faulty. In some cases, this may require the item to be assessed, we will work with you to remedy any faulty products smoothly & effectively.

Any damage caused to items after purchase will not be considered for return, however we are happy assist with repairs if/and where possible.
